Flexible Tubes

Amco Plastics can manufacture flexible plastic tubes in a wide range of materials and colours.  Our customer’s use these tubes predominately in the leisure and DIY industries. 

 

Our machine capabilities currently allow us to manufacture tube sizes ranging from 8mm to 100mm outside diameter with a wall thickness to suit the needs of the tube. Flexible tubes are manufactured to the customer’s required lengths. Specialist downstream equipment means that cutting is automatic and precise to the millimetre, but due to the flexible nature of the material we also have the facilities to allow the tubing to be coiled. Tubes can be made from various materials dependant on the application but the most common one is flexible PVC which is available in various hardnesses.

 

We have the facility to offer several services that can be applied to your tubes ranging from simple in-line printing of the Company name, batch number, manufacture date etc., application of adhesive tape, drilling or punching to name but a few.  For more information regarding our services please see the section ‘Post Extrusion Services’.  If your needs are not shown we may be able to offer the service required, so please ask.

 

 

Flexible Tube Products

One of the first products produced by Amco Plastics extrusion department was for in-house use.  This was a thin wall flexible tube used to cover a wire ring used in the manufacture of ventilation ducting.
