Amco Plastics can offer a wide range of post extrusion process services for all our products, including:

Precision length cutting

Specialist downstream equipment means that cutting is automatic and precise to the millimetre.

 
Coiling

Automatic coiling and lifting devices means we can coil thousands of metres for flexible product depending on the reel size required.

 

Abrasive surface treatment

A rough surface can be given to the product for various reasons, i. e. in order to aid adhesion of a secondary item or to prevent accidents where slipping is a possibility.

 
Drilling, Punching, Slotting

Jigs can be set to give precise measurements for the ease of inline drilling, punching and slotting.

 
H.F. Welding

Offered to join items together without the use of a connector etc.

 
Hot Plate Welding  

Offered to join items together without the use of a connector etc.

 
Bending and Forming

This is offered for rigid products where connectors are not an option.

 
Adhesive Tapes  

Double sided, foam, low tack protection or specialist tapes can be applied to the product in-line or as a secondary operation.

 
Printing  

Simple in-line printing of the Company name, batch number, manufacture date etc. For best results printing should be no more than 15mm high.

 
Laminating   We have our own foil laminating machine and can offer this service to add a special effect to your product. Please note the maximum width we can laminate is 100mm.
