Rigid Profiles

Amco Plastics manufacture an extensive range of rigid plastic profiles in a wide range of materials and colours.  Our rigid profiles are predominately used in the DIY and construction industries.

 

Our current machine capabilities allow us to manufacture extrusion profiles of any size which falls within a 150mm x 100mm envelope. These profiles are made to our customer’s required lengths up to a maximum of 6 metres and with the specialist downstream equipment that we use cutting is automatic and precise to the millimetre. Various materials are on offer dependant on the application but most common ones are uPVC, blown foam, ABS, high density polyethylene (HDPE), and high impact polystyrene (HIPS).  We also have the capacity and expertise to produce co-extruded products using different types of materials.

 

With all our profiles we are able to offer various post extrusion services ranging from simple in-line printing of the Company name, batch number, manufacture date etc., application of adhesive tape, drilling or punching to name but a few.  For more information regarding our services please see the section ‘Post Extrusion Services’.  If your needs are not shown we may be able to offer the service required, so please ask.

 

Rigid Profile Products

We manufacture rigid profile products for the DIY, construction and building industries.  These range from stair nosings and skirtings used in the flooring markets,  to door seals and guards, garage door seals and edging trims used in the flat roofing industry.
